Where we deliver across eThekwini
We supply and deliver orders from our Durban North base to nearby business, school and club clients across eThekwini. That includes Umhlanga, La Lucia, Mount Edgecombe, Westville, Pinetown, Hillcrest and Ballito, with regular deliveries arranged where volumes and timings make sense.
For most orders, delivery is set once the artwork, sizes and quantities are confirmed. If you are ordering golf shirts, caps, uniforms or promotional items for a branch network or event, we can group the packings by site so your team receives the right items in the right place. That saves time and keeps handovers simple.
We also work with coastal conditions in mind. For embroidered and printed items, we pack cleanly and keep stock protected from humidity while it is waiting for dispatch, which matters on the coast and during load-shedding when production schedules can shift a little.
How the delivery process works
Once your order is approved, we check the artwork, finalise the production plan and confirm the delivery arrangement. If you need a rush order or a same week turnaround, let us know early so we can allocate the print room and embroidery line accordingly.
Our process is simple and practical:
- Send your enquiry through the contact page with item type, quantities and delivery area.
- We confirm artwork, sizing and any branding positions before production starts.
- Your order is made, packed and checked for finish, quantity and labelling.
- We arrange collection or delivery, depending on your location and deadline.
If you need split deliveries for different schools, stores or departments, tell us upfront. It is easier to pack a 100 piece run into clear cartons than to rework it later.
Rush orders and 24 hour options
Some jobs need to move fast. We offer optional 24 hour turnaround on selected orders, depending on the artwork, stock availability and the size of the branding run. This is useful for events, last minute staff wear, club launches and replacements for missing sizes.
Rush orders are more likely to move through quickly when the logo is ready for digitising or print setup and the garments are already selected. If your brand has a detailed crest or small text, send clear artwork so we can check legibility before we start. A rushed job can still be neat, but it must be set up properly first.
For very tight deadlines, we will tell you honestly what can be done and what cannot. That saves everyone time and avoids disappointment on the day.
Packing for schools, clubs and corporate teams
Different clients need different packing methods. A school order may need items separated by learner size, while a company order may need packs grouped by department or site. We handle that during dispatch so the handover is easy and there is less chance of mix ups.
Common packing options include:
- Individual garment packing for staff or learner issue.
- Size sorted cartons for bulk uniforms and golf shirts.
- Labelled packs for teams, events or branch handover.
- Grouped promo items with shirts, caps and printed pieces together.
Where required, we can also bundle a small sample run before a larger production order. That is helpful when a committee wants to check colour, sizing or logo placement before approving the full run.
What affects lead time and delivery cost
Delivery is not one-size-fits-all. Lead time and cost depend on the quantity, branding method, stock source and where the order needs to go. Embroidery, screen printing and heat press printing all have different setup steps, and large orders naturally take longer than a small urgent run.
The main things that affect timing are:
- Whether the artwork is ready for digitising or needs cleanup.
- The number of items and sizes in the order.
- Whether the job needs embroidery, print or both.
- The delivery area, road access and any site rules for receiving goods.
If your site has gate access rules, delivery booking times or loading bay limits, tell us early. That helps avoid delays at business parks, schools and sectional title offices where access can be strict.
Receiving your order without delays
To keep delivery smooth, please make sure the contact person knows the order is coming and can check it on arrival. If the delivery is going to a reception area, school admin office or store room, someone should be available to sign off quantities and condition straight away. It sounds small, but it avoids hold-ups later.
We recommend checking these points when your order arrives:
- Item count and sizes against the pack list.
- Logo position, spelling and colour match.
- Any special packing instructions or split cartons.
- Any damage or missing items, reported on the same day.
If you notice a problem, contact us through the enquiry form as soon as possible so we can look at it quickly. Most issues are easier to sort on the same day rather than after items have already been handed out.
