What to include for an accurate quote
Clear details help us give you a proper price and turnaround time. If your branding is going onto golf shirts, caps, jackets or promo items, please send the logo file and say where it must be placed. If the artwork is old or blurry, we can advise on reworking it first.

Response times and rush orders
Most enquiries are replied to during business hours, and urgent jobs are handled as quickly as possible. For selected orders, we offer an optional 24-hour turnaround once artwork and stock are confirmed. That is especially useful for last-minute tournaments, school functions and trade events.
If your order is time sensitive, say so clearly on the form. We will confirm what can be done, what needs approval and whether a sample run is needed before bulk production starts.
Who will handle your order
You will be dealing with a small team that keeps the process moving from artwork to dispatch. Sibusiso Mthembu manages the business, while Nokuthula Dlamini oversees production and Morne van Zyl coordinates packing and delivery. Jason Naidoo handles digitising, Anele Khumalo assists with sales and quotes, and Priya Govender leads the print room.
